Role Overview:
As an Immigration Counsellor, you will engage with clients to understand their immigration needs, assess eligibility, and provide guidance on application processes. This role involves direct client communication through calls and meetings and requires good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and explain immigration options to clients
- Assist clients with documentation and visa application procedures
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Stay updated on immigration policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Fresh graduates only
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
