Description
We are looking for Customer support executive
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Provide information about products and services and record details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Qualification: Graduate/ 12th pass
Experience: 0-3 yr
Language required: English+ Hindi + Telugu
Salary range : 2.5 LPA- 3.7 LPA
Shift: Rotational shift and Rotational week off
