Overview
Responsibilities:
Security Operations:
Implement and oversee security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.
Monitor surveillance systems, alarm systems, and access control points.
Conduct regular security patrols and risk assessments.
Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
Train and supervise on-ground security staff.
Medical Emergency Response:
Lead the response team during fire alarms, medical emergencies, or other critical incidents.
Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to individuals in need.
Coordinate with hospital staff or external emergency services for advanced medical treatment.
Conduct basic health and safety checks for premises and employees.
Maintain medical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
Diploma in General Nursing and (GNM) with a valid GNM number.
Registered with the relevant nursing council in India.
Experience in nursing and healthcare settings, preferably in a hospital environment.
Familiarity with security procedures and emergency response is a plus.
Excellent communication, observational, and crisis management skills.
