ü  Full-time employee of FlowBiz Exports Pvt Ltd

ü  Ability and willing to travel, and work in any area – urban and rural.

ü  Visits Process Industries, , Power plants and understand their requirements technical details

ü  Meeting with the  Engineers, Purchase Manager , Project Manager etc

ü  Prepare Quotations and submit timely

ü  Willing to work in any area as per the need of the company

ü   Follow up with the customers and close the orders

ü  Review engineering/technical specifications and ensure our quotations is compliant with customer’s requirements

ü  Prepare and send the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports. Ensure submission of reports as per the formats and frequency specified

ü  Forecast target by searching the market needs and to develop the business and promote our products

ü  Responsible of Market Research, Visiting recent and new customers.

ü  Ability to quickly assimilate technical and market knowledge across product line and communicate to a broad set of customers in several vertical segments.

ü  Self-starter, well organized with a passion to win is a must.

ü  Able to build great relationship with customers.

ü  Experience of influencing and managing customer relationships in a technical community environment.

ü  Analytical and strategic-thinking abilities, customer orientation, networking abilities, understanding of global consumer and commercial markets, and strong teamwork skills.

ü  Marketing & Sales of Valve, & ________________and familiarity with emerging market.

ü  Product understanding and Techno commercial selling.

ü  Meeting monthly sales targets.

ü  The candidate will lead company in marketing and sales pan India. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales. Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
