● This role is primarily focused on business development, in which the candidate must meet targets of onboarding banks (from all over the world) to the platform.
● As a result of being onboarded, the candidate must remain engaged with the banks to encourage them to keep using the portal on a daily basis by posting their own transactions and making offers on other users’ transactions.
● Maintaining relationships with existing banks and adding new banks to the platform continuously.
● Keeping the users informed of all the new transactions that are posted on the portal and any other developments on a daily basis.
● Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with various potential channel partners like Bankers, Consultants, Accountants, Lawyers, Advisors, Associations, Forums, Agents.
● Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Trade Finance sector by attending various conferences, trainings, meetings, etc. when needed.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:-

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field.

● Minimum 3 years work experience specifically in the FI Department of a Bank having exposure of working with FI Departments of other banks.

● Should have a strong network and working relationship with the FI / FIG / ID Department of Banks across Asia, Europe and Africa.

● Must have a good understanding of FI products and regional and international market dynamics.

● Sound Trade Products knowledge with ability to package simple and complex Trade transactions.

● Ability to make quick decisions as needed, interact and negotiate with banks and corporates at senior level.

● Should have excellent planning, organizing, communication & interpersonal skills.

● Self motivated with high energy level and strong business acumen focused on achieving the desired result.
