Overview
Fashion 8 Enterprise seeks an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Mechanic to maintain and repair our industrial sewing fleet. You will play a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime to ensure efficient production.
Working Days: *Monday to Saturday*
Shift timings: *9 a.m to 6 p.m*
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
– Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and tuning
– Identify defective parts and source high-quality replacements
– Document all equipment repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory
– Recommend machinery upgrades and optimization
– Assist operators with equipment operation and basic maintenance
– Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace
*Key Requirements:*
– Minimum 3 years experience repairing industrial sewing machines
– Expert knowledge diagnosing issues on single-needle, overlock, and specialty machines
– Skilled in resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions
– Experience in preventive maintenance and replacement parts sourcing
– Ability to interpret technical diagrams and repair manuals
– Attentiveness to detail and aptitude in resolving complex issues
– Commitment to delivering reliable equipment uptime
– Relevant degree, certification or specialized training preferred
