• Taking care of all Admin activities and Office maintenance activities.
  • Maintaining the attendance and overtime records of the housekeeping staff.
  • Assigning duties to housekeeping personnel and overseeing that cleanliness is maintained in the Head office.
  • Checking Emails on daily basis and acting on it.
  • Overall maintenance and repair of utilities at the branch.
  • Maintaining records of all the assets given to the employees.
  • Updating in ward and out ward material documents by preparing Delivery challans for the same
  • Coordinating with different vendors for various requirements. Vendor Management & Office Administration, Bills processing, Managing overall administration.
  • Maintaining all the important documents and filing them.
  • Ticketing for the Managers.
  • Responsible for managing the facilities of the Head office and ensuring smooth running at all time.
  • There will be projects that would be assigned and need to be fulfilled and tracked as well.
