Job Description for BDE

Objective of the company- Our Growing Company is in need of Fresh and experienced young talents who are aspiring to be Resourceful Business Development Executives and Product Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.We are looking for Professionals that have a solid track record on creating long term value for the organizations and who are obsessed and ready to solve changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have Strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

· Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

· Retaining inactive customers and passing on the feedback to the product manager.

· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

· Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.

· Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Job Specification:

· It is for voice process and it’s is an onsite job role where the candidate will have to relocate.

· Candidate age should be not more than 30 yrs

· CTC (salary): As per market standard’s.

· The candidate must know 2 languages (English(Mandatory), Kannada, Telugu and Hindi)

· Our company will be providing candidates facilities such as food, accommodation,travel and visa process charges.

· The candidate must have passport or apply for the passport immediately after their interview process.

· Candidates must have their 2-vaccination done and must have their certificate and all the other documents for verification for the on-boarding process.

Job Type: Full-time.

Ability to commute/relocate:

· Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) for training.

· Post training Relocate Onsite(international location).


· Graduation/Diploma (Preferred).


· Fresher (Preferred) OR

· Sales: 6 months to 3  year experience (Preferred)


· Telugu/kannada (Preferred)

· English (Mandatory)
