Role Overview:We are seeking a Lead MEAN Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular 8+, Node.js, SQL Server, Python, and MEAN stack technologies. The candidate will play a critical role in leading development teams, architecting scalable solutions, and driving full-stack application development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
Drive the end-to-end development of applications using MEAN stack (MongoDB, Angular 8+, Node.js).
Architect and design scalable, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs.
Oversee SQL Server and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and optimization.
Utilize Python for backend automation, integrations, and data-driven applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to define technical requirements and solutions.
Manage code reviews, technical documentation, and solution delivery.
Ensure application scalability, performance, and security across the platform.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in Full Stack / MEAN Stack development with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in Angular 8+, Node.js, MongoDB.
Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with complex queries, procedures, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Python for backend services and automation.
Proven experience in architecting scalable web applications.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices-based architecture.
Experience in DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good to Have:
Experience with system design, solution architecture, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, Karma).
Prior experience in leading large-scale enterprise applications.
