Open Position for Telecaller Executive.

Are you a persuasive and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for education? Are you driven to help students achieve their academic and career goals? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Tele Caller at Eduuspark Institute.

Responsibilities:

> Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in our programs.
> Provide information about our educational offerings and answer questions about courses, admissions, and related services.
> Maintain accurate and detailed records of each call and update in system.
> Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and encourage enrollment.
> Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
> Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process.

Qualifications:

> Candidate should be 12th Pass.
> Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
> Excellent communication skills with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
> Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
> Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use CRM software.
> Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
> A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
