- Create and manage detailed 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and check GA, fabrication, and erection drawings for accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers for design clarifications and approvals.
- Ensure quality control of all deliverables and reduce errors and rework.
- Guide and mentor junior modelers and detailers.
- Support process improvements and follow modeling standards.
