1. They will spend the first 14 days working with senior sales executives in the market to understand our 9 categories, 50 brands, and 650+ SKUs, retailer margins, delivery and return policies.


2. Beginning on the 15th day, they must visit 30 retailers and take orders from 15 retailers.


Salary range: Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000.


Monthly incentive of Rs.30,000 (Every 10 days, we have an incentive structure based on revenue and meeting targets)


If they visit 30 retailers and take orders from 15 retailers, their daily allowance is Rs.100.


The monthly earning capacity is around Rs.50,000.
