Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, a pioneer in quality eye and healthcare services, is expanding its training and development team. We’re currently seeking dynamic and experienced female professionals to join us as Trainer Lead in the following departments:

🔹 Optometry
🔹 Nursing
🔹 Counselling
🔹 Medical Records Assistant (MRA)

Position: Trainer Lead (Female)
Location: Mohammadi, District Lakhimpur Kheri UP
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage academic/training programs in your respective department

Mentor, guide, and supervise trainers and trainees

Ensure delivery of high-quality, standardized, and impactful training

Collaborate with department heads to enhance learning strategies

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline
✔ Minimum 5 years of clinical or teaching/training experience
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✔ Passionate about capacity building and education in healthcare
