Role Overview:
As a Python Developer, you will work on designing, developing, and optimizing applications and automation tools that support our large-scale trading infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers to solve challenging engineering problems while gaining exposure to the dynamic world of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications and automation tools.
Write and execute unit tests before live deployment.
Optimize code and modules for high performance.
Maintain version control and collaborate using Git or equivalent tools.
Develop and manage a cluster consisting of hundreds of servers.
Skills Required:
Strong fundamentals in Python (data structures, file handling, OOP).
Proficiency with algorithms (searching, sorting) and data structures (stacks, queues, hashmaps).
Hands-on with utility modules (os, sys, subprocess, datetime, basics of numpy & matplotlib).
Experience with Linux commands and Bash scripting.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
