Overview
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of the online MBA program through inbound and outbound calls, lead nurturing, follow-ups, and converting prospective students into enrollments. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining data in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field).
Prior experience in inside sales / telesales / admissions counselling / B2C sales, ideally in education or online learning.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive, result-oriented, with good negotiation skills.
Comfortable making cold / warm calls, handling objections.
Good listening skills / ability to understand customer needs.
