Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Present and promote company products/services to clients
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
0.6–2 years of experience in sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Target-driven and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
