Overview

💼 Position: – Business Development Executive / Business Sales Executive

💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.

– Pitch and promote Digital Marketing, IT, Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Marketing & Web Development Services to potential clients (India ).

– Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.

– Understand client needs and collaborate with the internal team for customized solutions.

– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

– Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

– Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

– Coordinate with customers for appointments, project follow-ups, and feedback.

– Maintain accurate and updated customer records using CRM tools.

💡 Required Skills:

– Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent convincing power and confident personality.

– Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing – SEO, SMO, PPC

– Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

– Ability to handle objections positively and meet targets.

– Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

– Familiarity with MS Office & CRM software.

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Services.

Freshers with excellent communication & sales aptitude are also welcome!
