Overview
KeyResponsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
· Understand customer needs and explain product/service features.
· Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
· Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
· Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support.
Requirements:
· Strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Comfortable with high-volume calling and working with targets.
· Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge.
· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result oriented.
· Language fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional language – adjust as needed
