At Cortex Media Marketing Pvt. Ltd., we’re looking for a Customer Care Executive to act as the vital communication bridge between our clients and internal teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls (inbound & outbound) and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate between internal teams (Design, Content, Social Media, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain daily call logs, client updates, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Support the operations and client servicing team with coordination and administrative follow-ups.
Ensure smooth communication flow and client satisfaction daily.
🎯 Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Tamil preferred).
Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
Experience in a customer service or coordination role is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome!

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Anna Nagar West, Chennai
CTC: ₹15,000 per month
