About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to drive adoption of our AI-powered Customer Experience solutions across large enterprises in APAC region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in complex solution selling, RFP participation, and collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow enterprise accounts in APAC Region.
Solution Selling: Position AI-driven customer experience solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
RFP Management: Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with global product, marketing, and delivery teams to align on customer requirements and solution offerings.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and CX.
Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in enterprise solution sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, or Customer Experience technologies.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
RFP Expertise: Strong experience in managing complex RFP processes.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
