Role: Customer Support Executive – BANKING PROCESS

What Is Expected from the Role?
Handle inbound call to assist customers with their queries or concerns.
No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential .
Communicate effectively in multiple languages to address customer needs.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution of issues within TAT (Turnaround Time).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide voice-based support to customers in multiple languages.
Troubleshoot basic queries related to products, services, or accounts.
Deliver high-quality service by maintaining call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department/team.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs).
