Overview

Ø  To abide by the rules and regulation of the Club.

Ø  To inspect tables layouts and checks on all service stations, bars.

Ø  Listen empathetically to Guest complaints and take appropriate action after consulting the manager.

Ø  To conduct daily briefing to maintain standards laid down by the organization.

Ø  To acquire thorough knowledge and understanding of menu to aid in optimum selling.

Ø  To continually strive to develop and increase restaurant sales.

Ø  To ensure maintenance of service equipment and furniture in the restaurant.

Ø  To ensure and serve orders at the right time with right accompaniments.

Ø  To ensure and maintain high level of Guest satisfaction.

Ø  To impart training to Stewards, Assistant stewards, Room Service Order takers, Hostess & Bartenders to maintain high standards.

Ø  To follow energy conservation methods.
