Telesales Executive is responsible for the achievement of sales objectives and are given daily and
monthly sales targets.
Roles and responsibilities:
➢ “Getting the sale” using various telesales strategies to convert the customer
➢ Understanding Customer Needs & explaining the benefits to the customer and closing the sales
➢ Updating the Sales CRM and capturing the correct information
➢ Updating the feedback on Predictive Dialer
➢ Adhering to the Sales Processes laid down by the organization
➢ Report and provide feedback to the Tele Sales Manager

● 1-3 Years of Telesales Experience is preferred
● Preferred Experience in Health Insurance / Financial Services / Hotel Industry /
Hospitality / Timeshare Industry
● Track record of over-achieving sales targets
● Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated and driven
● Languages:  Hindi and Telugu or Hindi and Tamil with English
