Overview
Role: Purchase Executive (consumables & Raw materials)
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential vendors for consumables and raw materials, evaluating quality, pricing, and reliability.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions to secure the best deals for the company.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while managing disputes or delivery issues professionally.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in alignment with company requirements.
Track and follow up on order status, ensuring materials are delivered on time as per schedule.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores/Production to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Review and verify the quality of received materials in coordination with QC/Production teams.
Evaluate vendor performance based on delivery, quality, and pricing, and maintain updated supplier records.
Prepare purchase reports, including order status, price comparisons, material consumption, and budget tracking.
Coordinate with the R&D team for new raw material trials, allocation of materials, and providing procurement support for product development.
Ensure compliance with company policies on procurement procedures, documentation, and approval workflows.
Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying alternatives, improving negotiations, and optimizing procurement processes.
Requirement : 1. Experienced Candidate from Manufacturing Industry
2.Preferance : Male Candidate Preferred
