Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to collect blood and other specimens from patients in accordance with standard procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, safety, and comfort throughout the collection process.
Key Responsibilities:
Label, store, and transport collected samples as per laboratory protocols
Maintain patient comfort, confidentiality, and safety during all collection procedures
Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the collection area
Qualifications:
Certificate or Diploma in Phlebotomy (or equivalent medical laboratory training)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital setting preferred
