JOB DESCRIPTION

-To manage sales operation in your assigned district to achieve revenue goals.

-To supervise the sales growth of your team members on daily basis and provide guidance wherever needed.

-Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.

-Execute marketing strategy and the execution of plans for existing products.

-Work with product development teams to manage new product development.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

-Must have  a Bachelor’s degree.

Work Experience

-2 to 4 years relevant experience in Insurance Marketing, Banking/Microfinance
