Overview
We’re looking for a smart, confident and responsible individual to manage our studio operations and drive customer inflow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle calls, WhatsApp & new customer inquiries
* Follow up with leads and ensure customers visit the studio
* Attend walk-in clients & explain services (PPF, ceramic, detailing)
* Manage staff, assign tasks & maintain smooth operations
* Handle customers end-to-end in owner’s absence
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales / customer handling
* Strong communication & follow-up skills
* Presentable personality with confidence
* Ability to manage team and take ownership
Female preferred (Male candidates also welcome)
Language: Hindi, English (Marathi is an Advantage)
Fixed salary + performance incentives
