Job Role Summary:
This is a 100% field-based job. Candidates will visit village and semi-urban areas to onboard
homes/shops for LED frame installations. Work includes lead generation (Mon–Thu), sales closing
(Fri), daily reporting, and mandatory meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
• Age: 18–38 years
• Education: 10th/12th/Graduate
• Must know local geography
• Must own a smartphone
• Must be comfortable with field sales
• Immediate joiners required
• No freelancers, no part-timers, no BPO-only candidate
Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: 20,000–30,000
• Incentive: 500 per successful onboarding (Weekly payout every Thursday)
• 500 Monthly Meeting Bonus (for attending morning & evening meetings)
• Saturday Off if Friday target is achieved
Weekly Work Structure:
Mon–Thu: Field Visit + Lead Generation
Fri: Sales Day (Target 5–10 closings)
Sat: Weekly Off (Only if Friday target achieved)
Sun: Weekly Off for all
