*Job Title:* Customer Service Representative (Voice/Non-Voice)
*Job Summary:*
We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via voice or non-voice channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, or other channels
– Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
– Document and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Meet productivity and quality standards
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
*Requirements:*
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (for non-voice roles)
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Patient and empathetic approach to customer service
– Ability to work in shifts (for voice roles)
*Skills:*
– Voice process: excellent verbal communication, phone etiquette
– Non-voice process: excellent written communication, typing skills
*Experience:*
– Freshers with good communication skills can apply
– Prior customer service experience preferred
