Minimum 1 year experience in any field sales OR 6 months in real estate

6 days working (Weekend might be working & you get 1 day in a week off)

15,000 – 20,000 Salary.


Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

-Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the property.

-Answering questions about the property.

-Asking questions to understand customer requirements and explaining/showing them required projects

-Nurturing existing as well as new clients

-Calling & Scheduling site visits with clients.

-Review /feedback of site visit.

-Sending required property details to clients & scheduling visits.

– Project Identification and collaboration.

-Coordinating with developers on monthly basis for inventory count verification.

-Maintaining Social media.

-Should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

-Making recordings of all the sales phone calls.

-Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis in crm.


Desired Candidate Profile

-Experience of min 1 year in real estate sales/tele-calling/ Bank loans / Insurance.

-Should be able to use his own skills to get projects and closing the deals.

-Should be an excellent communicator along with excellent convincing abilities.

-Desire to work to full-fill customer requirements.

-Location from in and around Sonipat/Gurgaon

-Should speak & understand English, Hindi, languages.

– Should have bike license.
