About Benefittz App
The Benefittz app is a digital loyalty and membership platform that provides customers with exclusive discounts and reward coupons at partnered offline outlets such as grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, sports showrooms, and salons. The platform is focused on onboarding neighbourhood stores and enabling seamless digital order fulfilment across Faridabad and NCR.
We are expanding our vendor acquisition team and looking for energetic field sales professionals who can onboard local vendors onto the platform.
Role Overview
The Vendor Acquisition Lead will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding local vendors including grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other retail outlets. Prior experience working with platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, or Zepto will be preferred.
This is a field-based, target-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Identification & Pitching
Identify potential vendors across assigned sectors in Faridabad / NCR
Pitch the benefits of onboarding onto Benefittz App
Explain commission structure, operations, and order process
Onboarding & Documentation
Handle complete KYC documentation
Ensure vendor profile setup and activation
Coordinate with internal team for go-live
Target Achievement
Achieve weekly & monthly onboarding targets
Ensure timely activation of signed vendors
Maintain daily activity and performance reports
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with vendors
Resolve initial onboarding queries
Support vendors during early-stage operations
KPI Structure (Performance Metrics)
Monthly Onboarding Target
50–60 vendor signups per month
Minimum 70% activation within 15 days
Weekly Activity KPI
35–40 vendor meetings per week
Minimum 12–15 closures per week
Conversion Metrics
Lead to Signup Conversion: 30%+
Signup to Activation: 70%+
