Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher with fluency in English to nurture young learners in a dynamic and engaging environment. The ideal candidate should be creative, patient, and well-versed in early childhood education methodologies to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, stimulating, and language-rich classroom environment.
Use play-based and interactive learning techniques to enhance engagement.
Maintain effective classroom discipline and manage student behaviour positively.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development.
Ensure adherence to school policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Educational Qualifications: B.Ed / ECCE / D.EL.Ed / Two-year Montessori Training (mandatory).
Prior experience as a Kindergarten Teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
