Role Overview

 

The Sales Trainee (ST) is a full-time contract position responsible for managing a team and overseeing dealer relationships within the Digital Product Finance (DPF) department. Although designated as a trainee role, the position involves managerial responsibilities, including team handling, dealer management, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

 

Manage and guide a team of on-ground employees (FTCs) to achieve business targets.

 

Handle and maintain relationships with an assigned set of dealers.

 

Drive sales performance with a focus on month-on-month and year-on-year growth.

 

Ensure achievement of login, disbursement, and cross-sell targets.

 

Monitor and improve key performance parameters such as productivity, quality, and compliance.

 

Support dealers and team members with product knowledge, process guidance, and issue resolution.

 

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

 

Prepare and share regular performance reports with senior management.

High-performing Sales Trainees will be considered for promotion to an On-roll Manager role based on performance and business requirements.
