Job Functions:
1. Recruit Team ,Manage, Motivate And Guide The Team.
2. Generate Business From Team By Doing Cross Selling, Up Selling & Add-On Selling To Existing Client’s And New Client’s.
✅20% Sales +80% Management i.e. Recruitment.
( 20% Sales You Have To Sale 06 No Of Policy Of 35,000 Each And 80% Recruitment You Have To Recruit and activate 4 People under you with one 35k policy login)

Salary: 19k (Fixed 7k+12k Allowance based on monthly Goal sheet completion)+ PF+ GR+ ESIC+ Higher Incentives, Rewards ,Recognition And contests.
