Atman is a startup founded by two qualified and registered BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) doctors who believe that the body has an innate capacity to heal itself – all it needs is the right environment. Through authentic naturopathic practices like dietary correction, therapeutic fasting, massage therapy, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, acupuncture, yoga, and pilates, we create that environment with precision and care. Every program is doctor-supervised, personalized, and grounded in the true science of natural healing.
