Overview

· Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for projects, ensuring cost accuracy and transparency.
· Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design concepts and client budgets.
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
· Handle client communication professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
