Responsible for driving revenue through new and existing client accounts in IT staff augmentation. Own the complete sales cycle from requirement closure to joining.
Key Responsibilities
● Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
● Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
● Close contract, C2H, and permanent staffing requirements
● Coordinate with recruiters for fast delivery and closures
● Negotiate commercials, rates, and terms
● Ensure offer acceptance and candidate joining
Skills Required
● Strong IT staffing sales experience
● Excellent client handling and negotiation skills
● Target-driven, closure-focused mindset
● Good understanding of IT roles and hiring models
