Work timings- Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 7:30pm
Location- Vile Parle East
Work mode- Onsite
Experience- 6+ years
Salary- Rs 24,000 onwards (based on knowledge and experience)
Looking for a experienced and talented Accountant who is well equipped with Tally ERP 9 and has knowledge about relevant tax codes and laws. Previous work experience important.
All General Entries with regards to Sales / Purchase / Import Purchase / Debit Note / Credit Note / Expense / Income / Payment / Bank Reco should be known.
Payment Follow Up with Interest Calculation if any delay.
Can prepare Eway Bill through Tally & Make changes on the same.
Cash Flow Analysis to be done.
Foreign LC & Buyer Credit knowledge prefer.
Daily responsibility:
Issuance of E-invoice & E-way bills
Bank reconciliation along with the general entries of expenses and purchase-sales, excise invoice, cheque issuance
Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors.
Handling and coordinating Bank Related work (LC Issuance / Discounting / Cheques).
Weekly Reporting:
Cash Flow planning, Payment follow ups, Debit / Credit notes issuance.
Audit of internal books.
Stock Statement – Location wise.
Monthly:
Statutory (GST / TDS etc.) coordination with the CA.
Bank Stock Statement Filing.
Processing of Payroll, Attendance, Staff Salary and issuance of pay slips.
Payments of Utility Bills and other vendor payments.
Coordinating with consultants for filing of Bill of Entry.
Quarterly:
Cost Centers Review Meet.
Providing Relevant Data to Banks.
Yearly:
Finalization of Balance Sheets and coordination with the Auditors for Audits.
Issuance of TDS Certificates.
