Set up VMC machine as per drawing and process sheet.
Load and unload tools, fixtures, and workpieces accurately.
Perform job setting including datum setting and tool offset setting.
Operate VMC machine safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
Inspect first-off components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.).
Ensure parts meet drawing and tolerance requirements.
