Facilitating the on-boarding for the eligible candidates;
Updating the hiring related reports and sharing the reports as per stipulated timelines;
Ensuring timely and effective feedback is shared with the stakeholders’ concerned (internal/external as applicable);
Complying with stringent adherence to the applicable labor laws prevalent in USA; and
Ensuring strict allegiance to the business directives pertaining to follow-ups and reporting.
