Job Description:
Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals for the role of Sales Executive in the Airtel Retention Process. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in sales and customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle retention calls for existing Airtel customers.

Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively.

Persuade customers to continue their services with Airtel.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and retention targets.

Maintain quality standards and compliance parameters.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any field

Age: 18 to 34 years

Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Communication Skills: Average to Good English communication skills

Job Details:
Shift Timings (Rotational Day Shifts):

08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Interview Timings: 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Salary: ₹14,750/- In-Hand per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
