We have immediate requirements for the post of Customer Service Representatives.
We are Hiring for both Freshers and Experienced candidates with excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities and duties:
Communicating with the potential customers and generating sales leads.
Provide professional customer support.
Ensure customer satisfaction and to build sustainable relationship through interactive communication.
keeping records of customer interaction, file documents and process customer account.
Respond promptly to customer enquires, issues and concerns.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues is necessary.
Candidate Profile:
Age: 18 to 30 years.
Qualifications: Graduate (any Stream)
Gender: Male & Female
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹11,000.00 per month
