Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with seniors on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Prepare, maintain & update MIS Reports on Daily, Weekly, & Monthly metrics.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, task-focused, and presentation Skill.
  • Responsibility – awareness and understanding of risks (conduct, reputational, financial, etc.) and act responsibly in line with AFII Group Values, Code of Conduct, and other applicable rules & regulations.
  • To have a good understanding of our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
