Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic business decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparation and analysis of CMA Data.

2. Creating Projected Financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

3. Financial planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

4. In-depth financial statement analysis.

5. Strong understanding of banking, lending, and credit appraisal processes.

6. Identifying financial trends and providing actionable insights.

7. Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

8. Collaborating with internal teams for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Expertise in Financial Planning & Financial Reporting.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, models, dashboards).

4. Sound banking and finance knowledge.

5. Experience with financial tools/software is a plus.

6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

7. Academic or professional background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
