Customer Support Executive – US Process
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle US clients and provide support across calls, emails, chats, and web cases. The role involves addressing customer queries related to orders, products, shipping, and e-commerce operations while ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, maintain service quality standards, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / International Call Center
Mandatory experience handling US clients or US calling process
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
Willingness to work night shifts
Preferred:
E-commerce support experience
Exposure to Microsoft tools/technologies
