Hiring: Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Sourcer (Remote South India)
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home (Open Across South India Non-Metro Preferred)
Shift: U.S. Shift EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Role Overview:
We are hiring Senior Recruiters / Senior Talent Sourcers to lead and support our U.S. hiring operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end U.S. recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates independently. This role is 100% remote and ideal for individuals who take ownership, work with minimal supervision, and consistently deliver quality profiles within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn RPS (Mandatory), Ceipal ATS (Mandatory), and other U.S. job boards/sourcing channels
Review, screen, and evaluate resumes based on U.S. job requirements
Ensure strong candidate engagement through timely communication, follow-ups, and interview coordination
Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring status in Ceipal ATS
Work closely with internal stakeholders/clients to deliver quality pipelines
Meet weekly/monthly submission and closure targets for faster hiring
Requirements (Must-Have)
3-5 years of experience in U.S. IT/Non-IT Recruitment (Mandatory)
LinkedIn RPS – Mandatory
Ceipal ATS – Mandatory
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) – Mandatory
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently
Comfortable working in U.S. Shift (EST 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Strong negotiation, time-management & coordination skills
Must have Laptop/Desktop + High-Speed Wi-Fi
Work Mode Remote (Open Across South India) — Non-metro locations preferred
