Overview
3FOLD Training is an internationally recognized professional career development institute, offering globally accredited training and certification programs. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and strengthen our sales and operations by engaging with learners, generating leads, and ensuring smooth coordination of online classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various sources (inquiries, campaigns, references, etc.).
- Confidently call, engage, and close leads to achieve enrollment targets.
- Proactively generate your own leads through professional platforms like LinkedIn, networking, and other online channels.
- Learn in-depth about training programs, certifications, and career pathways to guide prospective learners effectively.
- Maintain accurate student records (enrollments, documents, and communications).
- Ensure all pre-class requirements are completed (sharing links, materials, schedules, and confirmations).
- Coordinate with students via email and online platforms for updates, reminders, and class-related communication.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on leads, enrollments, and student progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales with promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and corporate clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills (English proficiency required).
- Ability to quickly understand and explain professional training programs.
- Prior experience in sales, training, or business development is an advantage, but motivated freshers are welcome.
- Good organizational and reporting skills to handle student records and communication.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset.
- Strong networking and research skills to explore new opportunities.
- Willingness to work from our office in Sithalapakkam, Chennai.
