Full Job Description:-
Qualification:- Not Required
Responsibilities of candidates include:
Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, Fix Appointments and Schedule the Visits
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹11,000 per month

Tuesday Off Rest Working
10:00AM to 6:00PM
