Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing product/service information, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes to handle queries effectively.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred (Freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software, email platforms, and MS Office.
Patience and ability to handle tough or emotional customers professionally.
A customer-first mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
