We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about starting a career in sales, client acquisition, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Generate leads and follow up via calls, emails, and social media.
Set up meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
Maintain CRM tools to manage customer information and pipeline updates.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on service offerings and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales-related software is a plus.
